HEALTH & Safety PLAN

GUEST/PARK SAFETY & CARE

The well-being and safety of our Guests and Staff is our first priority. In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are following relevant health department guidelines and are also closely monitoring CDC guidance.  Prompt updates will be provided should the situation change.

All Staff are required to have their temperature checked at the door utilizing a touchless fever detector that provides an automatic notification of high temperatures before entering the park.

All Staff are required to wear a face covering/mask in accordance with state and local guidelines. Guests are not required to wear a face covering/mask unless mandated by local authorities.  We understand some individuals may have medical conditions and ask that social distancing be respected in such cases.

Compliance with reduced capacity & social distancing guidelines.

Marked social distancing routes in lobby and at key activities.

In line with guidance provided by the health authorities, we have further reinforced our cleanliness measures, including but not limited to:

  • Increased daytime cleaning of all high-frequency touchpoints more often in addition to regular cleaning procedures.

  • Nightly cleaning of all attractions.

  • Hand sanitizing stations available to guests throughout the park.

It is important to take good care of yourself and others. According to the CDC, here are a few ways you can protect yourself:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash; or cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands.

CLEAN. SAFE. FUN. We take great pride in our commitment to ensuring you have a clean, safe, and fun experience at All in 1!

CLEAN As a venue that hosts scores of guests every single day, cleanliness is a big concern for All in 1!  We expect our staff to routinely monitor our restrooms, party rooms and common areas to ensure they are clean and free of debris. Always let us know if you see an area needing immediate attention.  We provide anti-microbial hand-sanitizer throughout our facilities, and encourage all guests to use it frequently.

SAFE All in 1 is designed for everyone of all ages, and we are committed to making sure you enjoy safe adventures. We ask that you and those in your care become familiar with and abide by the rules below and view the All in 1 rules video and signage throughout the park and at the All in 1 Safety Station in our lobby. Remember, always stay in your comfort zone. Do not attempt any activity, flip, jump, or trick you don’t think you can handle. Flips or other tricks can be dangerous, so perform at your own risk. Guests should not engage in any activities without a All in 1 Adventure Guide present. Rules are strictly enforced and failure to adhere to any of these or other rules at All in 1 can/will result in the loss of your activity time and privileges. All in 1 safety grip socks and head socks are required for certain activities.  In addition, for your safety closed toe athletic/rubber sole style shoes are required for racing, axe throwing, batting cages, ropes course and climbing. Thank you for always following our safety guidelines. Our Adventure Guides take your safety very seriously and will kindly remind you of our rules should you happen to "forget" while you are having fun.  All in 1also has a designated area for our littlest adventurers to separate them from bigger more advanced jumpers and climbers.

We care about your safety and any injury healing time for personal injuries. Soft and Hard cast guests will not be approved for All in 1 activities.

FUN At All in 1, we take our customer service seriously. Our entire team is focused on ensuring that our goal of Safe. Clean. Fun. is made possible at all times. We encourage guest feedback to our managers so we can continually improve the All in 1! experience for everyone. Our Adventure Guides are prominently placed to ensure rules are followed so ALL guests have a fun adventure.  Their objective is to ensure you have a great time, while not hurting yourself or anyone around you. For even more FUN, we have multiple private and semi-private party areas, perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings and special events. There truly is something for every guest of every age at All in 1!

GENERAL PARK RULES

No one is allowed in any section of the park without an appropriate wristband. We reserve the right to TAKE AWAY anyone’s wristband. NO JUMPING UNDER THE INFLUENCE of anything, EVER! Foul language will not be tolerated. NO food, drink or gum allowed on activities. Absolutely NO objects allowed in pockets (cell phones, glasses, keys, etc…). No sharp objects like belt buckles, studs or jewelry allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS! No shoes allowed on trampolines. All in 1 grip socks are required for all jumpers. All in 1 head socks are required for racing, VR and laser tag.  Closed toe rubber sole shoes are required for racing, axe throwing, batting cages, ropes course, climbing and laser tag. You must leave shoes, clothing and other loose items in lockers or cubbies. We strongly recommend lockers for any valuables including shoes.  Items left laying around will be picked up and removed from area.

ACTIONS AND BEHAVIORS WE ASK YOU TO BE MINDFUL OF:

WARNING: Trampoline jumping is a very physical activity and thus is inherently dangerous. We must advise that you will be jumping at your own risk and remind you to jump within your ability. If you fall, don’t try to catch yourself with your hands. Duck and roll. No running please. If you need to take a break, either leave the arena or sit along the side pads between the angled side wall trampolines and the flat floor trampolines. When exiting a jumping arena, please walk off, do not jump off. Watch out for smaller kids. Always give them right of way. No Jumping over other jumpers.

One person at a time jumps into the foam pit. Please wait for the person in your lane to exit the pit before taking off down the runway. Also, please don’t toss the foam cubes around. Make sure to empty your pockets before jumping – what’s left in your pockets when you start jumping won’t be in there for long. If you land on the yellow pads in between the trampoline beds, be sure to bend your knees. It will soften your landing and help avoid injury. We do not allow double jumping – where one jumper uses his/her own weight to launch another jumper on the same trampoline to bounce higher. Practice safe bouncing off the angled walls – do not flip off of the walls at any time – this can lead to serious injury. Either jump onto the side walls with your back or your feet, being sure to return to the flat trampoline bed with both feet. Please don’t chew gum while jumping – it may end up on places no one will appreciate, and can cause a choking hazard. Play dodge ball at your own risk, and understand that if you purposefully throw balls at other players’ head or face or with unnecessary force, you will be asked to leave the park. Please do not hang on the basketball hoops – yeah, it’s fun, but isn’t very good for our basketball equipment. Don’t let your friends convince you to do tricks you are not comfortable doing.

When climbing be sure to have hair pulled back in a ponytail and any hoods tucked under.  Always wait for a All in 1 Adventure Guide to attach or detach the climbing belay or ropes course harness.  Raise your hand when you need help so they can quickly assist you when done with other guests.
